ltx2doc processes your uploaded ZIP to create a DOCX file and return it to you. We also collect limited operational analytics to keep the service reliable and secure (see our Cookies page).
What We Process
We process uploaded project files and generated output files, plus the job/session metadata required to run conversions. We also process operational analytics events such as page path, timestamps, and technical metadata (for example IP, user-agent, and referrer).
Why We Process It
We process this data to provide the conversion service, monitor reliability, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service from abuse.
Retention
Upload and output artifacts are designed to be short-lived. Analytics retention is intended to be limited to what is operationally necessary.
